00:08have confirmed. Officers say the body of a woman, aged in her 50s, was discovered on
00:13Sheffield Road in Killermarsh. A Derbyshire Police spokesperson said,
00:18Investigations into the incident are ongoing, however at this stage there are not thought
00:23to be any suspicious circumstances.
00:28A pub in Chesterfield is set to be placed up for sale, with the landlord expressing
00:32his gratitude for the amazing customers who have visited his venue over the last 4 years.
00:38Hasland Hops, located on Mansfield Road in Hasland, is going on the market, with the
00:42current landlord making the difficult decision after opening the venue in 2020.
00:47He added that Hasland Hops is a profitable business already, with the potential to expend
00:52the venue's opening hours to increase revenues further.
00:56The pub is on the market for £70,000 or nearest offer, which includes the lease wholesale,
01:01all fixtures and fittings, and the venue's website and Facebook page. The business will
01:06continue to operate as normal until a new owner can be found.
