How to make a cut piece of cake. Birthday cake. Tutorial.

00:00 Hello everyone, I gonna show you how I make cake that is already cut.
00:19 So right here I have a 10 inch cake.
00:24 I cut my 10 inch board, it's a carton board.
00:31 It's a foil, I put some foil on.
00:33 So now I gonna put it on the cake just to see how big it need to be.
00:41 And I just gonna use my knife to see how much I need to cut.
00:47 I gonna put a little marks on it.
00:50 Now I gonna take this away and I gonna cut the piece that I marked here.
01:00 I have to be very careful to cut it straight.
01:10 I gonna wipe my knife to make sure that I have a nice and clean cut.
01:20 Also my cake was in the refrigerator, so it's nice and firm.
01:29 It's easier to cut if your cake is firm.
01:33 So now I have a piece that I would like to put on my separate little carton board.
01:45 So now I have two pieces, I cut the piece from here and this is the piece that I cut.
01:52 So now I have to cut this piece away so I can throw it away.

16:20 And I just gonna attach like chocolate dripped like on the back.

17:13 I made a few cherries from the fondant.
17:18 And also I stack my cake.
17:21 I used the three straws under the piece of cake for support.
17:30 And I made a little cat.
17:34 And I put real sprinkles on the cake to give it more color.
