This creamy mushroom pasta recipe is a quick and easy dish to make. It can be done in less than 30 mins.

I like to add some bacon bits on top of this mushroom fettuccine, it gives a nice crunch and goes a long way in this delicious al dente mushroom pasta.

Feel free to use any kind of mushrooms you like, mushrooms are great for our health. They are packed with the mineral copper that makes our body strong and healthy. To make this fettuccine alfredo tastes even better, try to add some shaved truffles or a drizzle of truffle oil just before eating.

How to make creamy mushroom pasta, you'll need :
40 gr bacon
1.5 l water
1 tbsp salt
200 gr fettuccine
180 gr mushrooms
2 tbsp olive oil
6 garlic cloves
200 ml cream
4 sprigs of thyme
50 gr parmesan cheese
1 tbsp butter
Salt n pepper to taste
