Forget about store-bought jam if you can make this delicious vegan chia seed jam! This easy chia seed jam recipe made in less than 15 mins and can be stored in the refrigerator for weeks.
Store-bought jam often uses lots of sugar which can spike your sugar level. The great thing about making homemade jam is you can adjust the sweetness to your liking. I like my jam to be fresh, sour, and not too sweet. Feel free to add more sugar if you want, you can also replace it with honey or maple syrup or any other sweetener.

This chia seed jam is as happily eaten for my thick slices of sourdough bread, french toast, pancake, scones or even ice cream.

How to make berry chia seed jam, you'll need :
150 gr cranberries
150 raspberries
2 lime
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp chia seeds
