When joining a LinkedIn engagement pod, it's important to send connection requests to your LinkedIn pod members as soon as possible, as mentioned in the engagement pod safety article. So the way that you do this is once you're inside the LinkedIn pod, just simply go and look at the feed and then open up the URLs of the people who have left their posts, open it in a new tab just like this. Very yes. Mmm. And then just go in each one, make a connection request to each of these people mentioning that you are connected, in the LinkedIn engagement pod and you can mention the name of it and that's all you have to do. And then you're done. So just remember that when you join a new pod, you would be the most recent new join. So it's up to you to, send connection requests. Don't assume that the people will find you or that have joined before. You will know to add other members because you are the newest person.
