CONIGLIO AL GIN

INGREDIENTS:
(Doses for 4 people)
a rabbit in small pieces, 4 tablespoons oil, sage, garlic
2 tablespoons tomato paste, 250 g stock, salt, pepper
PREPARATION:
Brown the rabbit in the oil, sprinkle with the liqueur and evaporate
Add the aromatic chopped tomato paste dissolved in the hot broth
Salt, pepper and cook for about an hour and if you need to add more broth
The dish is ready, enjoy your meal!
