CONIGLIO IN TEGAME
INGREDIENTS:
(Doses for 4 people)
1 kg rabbit, salt, pepper, 50 g butter, 2 onions, 2 strips celery, one carrot, a bunch of parsley
a chilli pepper, a chopped 2 onions, 2 celery ribs, 1 carrot, 1 bunch of parsley, 1 chilli
cloves, cloves powder, thyme, 2 cups broth, 2 tablespoons flour
one tablespoon canned tomato, lemon juice
PREPARATION:
Cut up a skinned rabbit, clean it, wash it, dry it, rub it with salt and pepper and brown it in butter
Add a chopped 2 onions, 2 celery ribs, 1 carrot, 1 bunch of parsley, 1 chilli
Season with a pinch of clove powder and a little thyme
Bathe with a glass of water and cook for an hour on low heat
Then add 2 cups of broth in which were diluted 2 tablespoons of flour and 1 tablespoon of tomato preserve
Cook for another hour, sprinkle with lemon juice and serve
The dish is ready, enjoy your meal!
