CARNE CON LE CIPOLLE
INGREDIENTS:
(Doses for 4 people)
1 kg of veal pulp, 1 kg of onions, 40 g of butter, 2 tablespoons of oil, 2 cloves of garlic
half a glass of marsala, 3 dl of cream, a ladle of broth, salt, pepper, parsley
PREPARATION:
Cut the meat into cubes
Brown the garlic with the oil and butter, add the onions and let them brown
Remove garlic, add meat, salt and pepper
Pour the marsala, let it evaporate, pour the broth, lower the heat, cover and cook for 50 minutes
Discover and thicken the cooking medium, dilute with the cream and cook for 10 minutes
Sprinkle with parsley as desired
