INGREDIENTS:
(Doses for 4 people)
4 steaks, salt, pepper, red wine, garlic, parsley, 2 peeled tomatoes
PREPARATION:
Cook the steaks in hot oil, salt and pepper
Remove them from the pan and pour a glass of red wine into the cooking pan and allow it to evaporate.
Add a chopped garlic and parsley and tomatoes and cook for a few minutes
Pour all over the steaks and serve hot
The dish is ready, enjoy your meal!
