RISO PILAW
INGREDIENTS:
(Doses for 4 people)
300 g hard rice (basmati), half a litre chicken stock or dice stock
25 g butter, a small sliced onion, salt
PREPARATION:
Melt the butter in a baking dish, add the onion and let it dry, add the rice and let it flavour
Salt, pour the boiling broth, stir for 2 minutes
Cover and place in oven already hot to 180 degrees and cook for about 20 minutes
At the end of cooking shell the rice with a fork
It is serve hot as a gasket
The dish is ready, enjoy your meal!
