Learn how to make Anda Pakoda at home with Chef Smita Deo on Ruchkar Mejwani.
Ingredients :
1 cup Gram Flour
1 Onion Paste
1 tsp Garlic paste
1 Ginger paste
Green Chillies Chopped
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt
Water
4 boiled eggs
Oil as required
Method :
Take 1 cup Gram flour in a cup
Add 1 Onion paste
Add Garlic Paste
Add Ginger Paste
Add Chopped Green chillies
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/2 Red Chillie powder
Salt to taste
add water
Mix everything together and make a pakoda batter
In a kadai, add some oil for frying
take boiled eggs, cut it into 4 slices
Coat the egg slices with the pakoda batter
Fry it in the oil
Serve it in a platter, add chaat masala on top of it.
