Ingredients:-
4 Eggs, lightly beaten
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp. Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp. Garam masala
½ tsp. Red chilli powder
¼ tsp. Turmeric powder
½ tsp. Cumin powder
½ tsp. Chaat masala
1 medium tomato, finely chopped
½ capsicum, finely chopped
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Black pepper
2 tbsp. Butter
1 tbsp. Oil
4 Bread slices, toasted
½ tbsp. Coriander leaves, finely chopped
Method:-
1. In a bowl, crack the four eggs and lightly beat them.
2. Add the garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, salt, and black pepper to the eggs. Beat well until fully mixed through.
3. In a large wok, heat up the butter and oil.
4. Add the onions, and cook until translucent.
5. Then add the ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, and capsicum. Saute for about 1 minute.
6. Now, add the beaten eggs and mix them all around the pan with the vegetables.
7. Cook the eggs and break them down until they are fully scrambled.
8. Toast the bread in a toaster or on a tawa.
9. Garnish the eggs with some coriander leaves and serve hot.
