Ingredients:
6 Eggs, boiled & cut into halves
1 cup Gram flour
3 tbsp Rice flour
Salt to taste
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Ajwain seeds
2 Green Chillies, chopped
Coriander leaves, chopped
Water as required
Method of preparation:
In a bowl add gram flour, rice flour, salt, red chilli powder, ajwain seeds, green chillies, coriander, water and mix well.
Sprinkle some salt and red chilli powder on the boiled egg.
Heat oil in a vessel, dip the boiled egg into the batter and fry them.
Fry the pakodas till the gram flour is cooked
