Ingredients:-
3 Eggs, lightly beaten
1 small Onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp. Ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp. Garam masala
½ tsp. Red chilli powder
1 small Tomato, finely chopped
½ Capsicum, finely chopped
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Black pepper
2 tbsp. Butter
1 tbsp. Oil
2 Bread slices, toasted
½ tbsp. Coriander leaves, finely chopped
Method:-
1. In a bowl, crack the three eggs and lightly beat them.
2. Add the onions, tomatoes, capsicum, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, red chilli powder, salt and black pepper to the eggs. Beat very well until fully mixed through.
3. In a large tava, heat up butter and oil.
4. Add egg mixture to the pan and let it cook on a low heat.
5. Place each slice of bread onto the wet egg mixture and coat it on both sides. Then leave the bread slices on the omelette to cook.
6. Once the omelette is no longer sticking to the pan, flip over the entire thing to toast the bread on the other side for just 30-45 seconds.
7.Flip it back over and fold the bread slices onto each other. Then wrap the remaining omelette around the bread and remove from heat.
8. Garnish the bread omelette with some coriander leaves and serve hot.
Bread Omelette is ready to eat!
