Ingredients:-
1 kg. Clams
5 Onions, finely chopped
10 Green chillies, finely chopped
1 tbsp. Ginger and garlic paste EACH
½ tsp. Turmeric powder
1 whole Coconut, grated
3 cups coriander, finely chopped
Salt, to taste
Juice of 1 lemon
5-6 tbsp. Oil
Method:-
1. Heat oil and add onions. Sauté them until they turn pink in colour.
2. Then add ginger and garlic paste, green chillies and sauté until the raw smell goes away.
3. Add the turmeric powder and mix well.
4. Add the clams and sauté for a minute.
5. Then add coconut, coriander and salt. Cook until the clams are done.
6. Then add lemon juice and mix it well and serve.
Tisrya Koshimbir is ready to eat!
