Apple Pakora


* 2 cups (280g) All-purpose (plain) flour

* 1/3 cup (67g) White granulated sugar.

* 1 tsp (5 ml) Baking powder

* 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) salt

* 1 tsp (5 ml) Ground Cinnamon

* 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) Ground Cardamom

* C

* 2 Eggs

* 1 Cup (237 ml) plain yoghurt

* 1/2 cup (118 ml) Water

* 2 Cups (260 g) Tangy apples, finely diced

For Glaze:

* 1/2 Cup (63 g) Icing sugar

* 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Water

Steps Of Making:

1- First of all peel out the tangy apple and cut
in small cubes.

2- Add 2 cups (280g) All-purpose (plain) flour in
mixing bowl.

3- Then add 1/3 cup (67g) White granulated sugar
in the mixing bowl.

4- Add in the Bowl 1 tsp (5 ml) Baking powder.

5- Then Add 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) salt.

6- Add in the bowl 1 tsp (5 ml) Ground Cinnamon.

7- Add 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) Ground Cardamom in bowl.

8- Crush the griund nutmeg with crusher.

9- Mix all the ingredients well add the eggs,
plain yogurt and water and again mix well,

10- Mix well until you get soft dough add tangy
chopped apples.

11- In the frying pan warm Vegetable oil / olive
oil at medium heat.

12- When oil warm out then add 1 Table sapoon
mixture in the oil.

13- On low heat fry for 3 minutes until goldan

14- When they become goldan brown stained out and
put on the cooling rack.

15- Add Icing sugar in two ways first you mix the

icing sugar in small amount of water with the
help of cone pour thick liquid on Pakora.

16- Or Sprinkle Icing sugar on pakora with the help
of strainer.

پف پسٹری ۔۔ 250 گرام

فلنگ کے لئے:
سیب ۔۔ آدھا کلو
چینی ۔۔ آدھا کپ
میدہ ۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچے
دار چینی ۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچہ
آئسنگ شوگر ۔۔ حسب ضرورت

Fried Apple Pie banane ka tarika

پف پسٹری کو لمبا بیل لیں اور چوکور ٹکڑے میں کاٹیں۔

فلنگ کے لئے:
سیب کاٹ لیں۔ پھر اس میں چینی، میدہ اور دار چینی چھڑکیں۔ اب کٹی پف پسٹری پیس میں فلنگ کر کے سیل کرلیں اور ہلکی آنچ پر فرائی کریں۔ جب تک گتولڈن کرسپی ہوجائے تو نکال لیں۔ آئسنگ شوگر چھڑک کر سرو کریں۔
