Mexican Gov't Proposes Massive Cut in Social Programs

Mexico's Finance Ministry submitted its proposed 2016 budget to the Chamber of Deputies yesterday. The executive branch, Defense Ministry, and Attorney General's Office were left largely immune from the budget reductions. Clayton Conn reports from Mexico City. teleSUR
