00:00Well, you referred to certain interferences that have been occurred, and from media outlets
00:11there is no secret that they have been building negative opinion about the electoral process
00:19of Venezuela.
00:20What do you think this participation transmits, all these raids in this electoral process
00:28to the world?
00:29What does Venezuela show to the world, to the international community?
00:35I wish the arrogance could have, could have, well, the reality is that we are a peaceful
00:48country.
00:49It costs us a lot, but we are chief to defend peace, and today we are the safest country
00:58in Latin America.
01:01We made a lot of effort to achieve so, but we are the safest country in Latin America,
01:09and we are very democratic.
01:13We don't believe in coup d'etats, or in illicit exits.
01:23Every time they try to bend constitution, we have just managed to defend it.
01:37So the people defend constitutionality, and they go to the streets, and they give, they
01:48teach the world a lesson in elections, and the Electoral National Council must assess
01:57this drill, our capacity, and the international community must evaluate our machinery.
02:08So people, the Venezuelan people, who wants to participate on these elections, and wants
02:15to defend our country, the international community must come and see what's happening in every
02:26polling station.
02:29So they must come and ask the people what they think about this process.
02:38No European, no U.S. citizen must come and say our criteria.
02:45Thank you very much.
