One Tennessee teenager learned how much strangers can care after an unpleasant exchange on Facebook. 18-year-old Kristen Layne was trying to sell her junior prom dress on the group page called “For Sale in Sumner County, TN".
Bullies often use social media to pick on their targets, but there are plenty of others who are more than willing to stand up for the individual being harassed.

Not long after she posted the dress, two males began commenting about her appearance, specifically her weight. Layne explained “I was trying to sell my prom dress, and these two men were just saying some very hateful things, I guess just telling me I was fat and that I wasn’t beautiful.”
She didn’t know either man. Only minutes after the two strangers posted the nasty comments
