Some people seem to have a hard time grasping that 911 is for emergencies only. 41-year-old Benjamin Duddles from Wisconsin is one of them.

He recently dialed the emergency number to complain about a strange woman in his bed. As he so gentlemanly put it, she was “snoring like a train”.

Duddles contacted emergency operators at a little after 4 in the morning, claiming he needed a female taken out of his bed. He initially said he had no idea who she was, but claimed he willingly let her into his apartment.

Officers arrived on scene and suddenly Duddles' story changed. He soon said the unidentified but invited lady arrived at his house. After having a few drinks together, they reportedly had sex and she passed out in bed.

Duddles claimed after their intimate time was over he retreated to his living room for some alone time. When he returned to the bedroom, he couldn’t handle the lady’s snoring. Duddles reportedly tried to wake her but was not successful which is why he ended up calling 911.

According to police the woman suffered from sleep apnea. Cops didn’t arrest Duddles but informed him for future reference that the issue was not considered an emergency.
