ºCashew yogurt
ºLemon
ºCelery
ºChia Gel
ºDragon Fruit/Pitahaya
You can add grated coconut once served.

00:25 Water just has tons of nutritional properties, especially in this time of year when there's

00:39 After I put the frozen stuff in there, I put in a pretty big glass of water.
00:43 This is alkaline, filtered alkaline water.
00:48 We're going to add in this cashew yogurt.
00:55 Just a little bit.
00:56 Helps thicken up the smoothie.
00:57 We're going to add in some lemon.
