FSV Eagles April 25, 2013 Even Survivor Is Working

Thursday, April 25, 2013. Healthy, rambunctious and eager to learn, even survivor wants to help straighten up the nest. It's been an up hill battle to say the least for this young eaglet. In the first three weeks of its life it has endured three snow storms which took the lives of two other siblings and temperatures that have fallen as low as 3 degrees. On this morning I can breathe a sigh of relief thinking that the worst of the cold and snowy weather is over. At this stage in its life, it may have a lot better chance at fledging.
