Recipe to prepare "Chicken Manchow Soup":

Ingredients:
For Chicken Stock:
1 bowl chicken bones
400 ml water
1 pinch salt
For Soup:
2 tbsp sesame/refined oil
2 tsp ginger, finely chopped
5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
3-4 tbsp cabbage, grated
1 capsicum, julienned
salt to taste
1/2 tsp blackpepper powder
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp green chilli sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1 egg
1/2 bowl boneless chicken
1/2 bowl mixture of corn-flour and water
1 bowl spring onion, finely chopped

Method:
For Chicken Stock:
Put chicken bones in a saucepan.
Add water and salt; let it boil properly until the color of water changes.
Strain it in a bowl. Chicken Stock is ready.
For Soup:
Heat oil in a pan.
Add ginger, and saute lightly.
Add garlic, and saute.
Add cabbage; stir well and toss.
Add capsicum, and stir well.
Add salt and blackpepper powder; mix well.
Add soya sauce and green chilli sauce; mix well.
Add chicken stock; stir well and let it boil.
Add vinegar and egg; stir thoroughly.
Add boneless chicken, corn-flour water and spring onion; mix well.
Let it boil properly so that it becomes thick.
Put off the flame, and stir once.
Chicken Manchow Soup is ready to serve hot.
