Recipe to prepare delicious "Jhaal Moodi":

Ingredients:
1 small bowl puffed rice/moodi
1 green chilli, chopped
1 tbsp roasted gram/chana
1 potato, boiled, peeled and chopped
salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 pinch black salt
1 pinch chaat masala
2 tbsp fried split gram/chana dal
1/2 bulblet onion, finely chopped
few coriander leaves, chopped
2 tbsp nylon sev
2-3 tsp mustard oil
2 paani puris, crushed
For Garnishing:
few coriander leaves, chopped
1/2 bulblet onion, finely chopped
2 paani puris, crushed
1 tsp fried split gram/chana dal
1 tsp nylon sev

Method:
Take puffed rice/moodi in a bowl, add to it green chilli and mix it.
Add roasted gram/chana, and mix well.
Add potatoes, and mix again.
Add salt, and mix it.
Add red chilli powder, and mix.
Add black salt, and again mix it.
Add chaat masala, and mix well.
Add fried split gram/chana dal, and mix it.
Add onion, and mix it.
Add coriander leaves, and mix again.
Add nylon sev, and mix.
Add mustard oil, and mix well.
Add paani puris, and mix again.
Plate the mixture, and garnish it with coriander leaves, onion, paani puris, fried split gram/chana dal and nylon sev.
Jhaal Moodi is ready to serve.
