Recipe to prepare delicious "Masala Curd":

Ingredients:
1 tbsp refined oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
4-5 curry leaves
1 green chilli, chopped
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 tsp ginger, finely chopped
1 medium bulblet onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
salt to taste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
4-5 tsp curd/yoghurt
For Garnishing:
1 tbsp onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp tomato, chopped
few coriander leaves

Method:
Heat oil in a pan.
Add mustard seeds, and let them crackle.
Add cumin seeds, and saute.
Add curry leaves, and saute.
Add green chilli, and stir.
Add garlic and ginger, and saute them.
Add onion, and saute lightly.
Add tomato; toss and stir.
Add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder. Mix well.
Put off the flame; add curd/yoghurt, and mix well.
Transfer it in a bowl; garnish with onion, tomato and coriander leaves.
Masala Curd is ready to serve.
