Recipe to prepare "Peanut Potato":

Ingredients:
1 bowl peanuts
1 tsp oil, to fry peanuts
1 tbsp refined oil, to cook
1 tsp cumin seeds
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 medium bulblet onion, sliced
2 potatoes, peeled and diced
salt to taste
100 gms cabbage, chopped
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
2 medium-size tomatoes, finely chopped
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 pinch dry-fenugreek leaves/kasoori methi, crushed

Method:
1. Fry peanuts in 1 teaspoon oil.
2. Heat refined oil in a pan.
3. Add cumin seed and let it splutter.
4. Add garlic, and saute until it changes color.
5. Add onion, and cook until it turns pink.
6. Add potatoes, stir well and add a pinch of salt.
7. Add cabbage, and mix well.
8. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder; mix well.
9. Add tomatoes and a pinch of salt; stir well.
10. Cover the pan for 2 minutes on low flame, and let the vegetables cook.
11. Uncover the pan, and add garam masala; mix it well.
12. Add crushed dry-fenugreek leaves/kasoori methi, and mix it.
13. Add fried peanuts; mix it well and serve.
