Hi, my name is Linda and I'm from Fitness 19. I'm going to be showing you the Dumbbell Super Pullover. You will lay Flat Back up on the Bench, take the Dumbbell like this between both your hands. Take it all the way back over your head, take a pause, bring it back up over the chest. You're working your back, you're working your arms, and you get a lot of core in this. It feels like you're getting a good abdominal workout as well. You want to take it all the way back. This is a 15 pound dumbbell. You've got to want one which has a little bit of weight to it. You want to do at least 2 sets of 12 repetitions and if you can, make sure that one set is a little bit heavier than the other. And that's how you do the Dumbbell Super Pullover.
