00:58The Senator said that he has no idea about the warrant of arrest for him.

01:03But if ever, he is preparing for his legal steps.

01:08We are ready. We have already made a petition to the Supreme Court. It is pending. We will wait for it.

01:15That's one of my preparations. We made a petition to the Supreme Court.

01:20The Senator said that he does not know the restrictions of the ICC.

01:24If that warrant came from the ICC, to hell with them.

01:28But if that warrant came from our local court, I will respect that.

01:34If that warrant came from the Supreme Court, from the RTC, I will respect that.

01:39In 2018, the Philippines withdrew from the Rome Statute which became effective in 2019.

01:45Before, the ICC said that it was held by criminals who made the Philippines a member of the Rome Statute.

01:53As of now, de la Rosa still has no communication with the former President Rodrigo Duterte

01:58who was held in the ICC detention cell in The Hague, Netherlands.
