02:08in their investigation of the Duterte Drug War because the Philippines does not recognize the jurisdiction of the ICC.

02:16This is also the position of the former chief presidential legal counsel of Duterte, Salvador Panelo.

02:23That's why the agencies of our government should not help here.

02:28We have repeatedly said that the ICC has no jurisdiction.

02:40But according to former Senator Antonio Trillanes IV, who was one of those who filed a complaint against Duterte in the ICC,

02:48he sent transcripts to the ICC of the hearings in the Senate and the Quad Committee,

02:53which will be used in the investigation.

02:56Previously, Panelo denied that.

02:58First of all, the allegations that were brought to the committee are either hearsay or lies or propaganda.

03:11Representative Robert Ace Barbers, the lead chairperson of the House Quad Committee,

03:17who is investigating the Duterte Drug War,

03:20said that they will not give certification to the so-called transcripts because they have nothing to do with the investigation of the ICC.

03:28But he also said that the ICC can access the information and findings of their investigation in the social media accounts of the Quad Committee.

03:40When the GMA Integrated News took a break from the reaction of the ICC on the details of the investigation of the Senate and the Camera in the Duterte Drug War,
