00:00Good morning to all of you and live from the Pag-Asa Weather Forecasting Center.

00:05This is the time of the day of Friday, March 28, 2025.

00:11And in our latest satellite images,

00:13we are continuously monitoring the low-pressure area.

00:17We were able to catch sight of the 95-kilometer island of Hinatuan

00:21in the province of Surigao del Sur.

00:23Based on our latest data,

00:25there is a small chance that this low-pressure area will still be a storm

00:29because it is close to land.

00:32Rather, we can see that there is a bigger chance that this will be a storm,

00:36especially this coming weekend.

00:38And we are hoping that this low-pressure area will still bring

00:42particular rains in Caraga.

00:44You can also see that there are storms here in Eastern Visayas

00:48and also in some parts of Bicol Region,

00:50particularly in Sorsogon, Masbate, Albay, and Catanduanes.

00:55So be careful, our fellow countrymen,

00:57here in the eastern part of Mindanao and Cabizayaan,

01:01as well as in Bicol Region,

01:03in the potential for sudden floods or flash floods,

01:07as well as landslides.

01:10And this low-pressure area will continue to move

01:13here in the eastern part of Visayas,
