05:32You guys are on but with school the use check release coming back for some reason

05:36I made it on to the 49ers wives side of tick-tock and I want to know

05:42My algorithms crazy, but I want to see more about his whole family

05:46I want to learn about him his leadership styles and we want to meet his wife because she seems great last mad max

05:52Mad max Kyle you mentioned it the family piece max. He's a dad. He's a great dad. He's an awesome teammate

05:59You guys need like if you want to learn about how to practice go watch max practice

06:07I got to the Raiders I signed like week 15. They weren't going to the playoffs

06:10It was one of those situations you guys have been in them

06:15I sit down in the scout team meeting because I'm the new guy like I'm let me sit everywhere

06:19I look over and I see max and the scout team meeting right after that was a special teams meeting

06:24I look over max is still in the special teams meeting. He has no reason to be there

09:44And I think his positives kind of outweigh these things that are negative. First off. He mentioned adjusting to a team

09:50I think that's like a question mark statement because he has had to adjust the teams

09:54But he's also had his dad coaching those teams. So that helps a lot when you're switching situations

10:00He's got this high completion percentage. We know he was like number one in the country last year for quarterbacks

10:06But he also took a lot of sacks and I feel like he was

10:09Giving himself the best opportunity to make good throws and if he didn't have a good throw or his o-line wasn't blocking

10:14He was taking sacks. But what we do know is everything that Kyle just described. He's really built for this moment

10:19He's got the best coach, which probably will not be the coach that he gets when he gets drafted

10:25It's gonna be prime because you get that when you draft Shadour

10:28And we do know that he's gonna play and he's gonna be putting an opportunity

10:31To succeed and a team is gonna have to buy into him which is gonna give him the best opportunity

10:36He's not gonna have to worry about am I gonna get benched? What's gonna happen? Oh, he's gonna be playing

10:40So I'm really high on it. We have these question marks, but I think these like I said these positives really help them out

10:52Well, it's it's such a fun topic because of off the field and in his life listen Shadour has a lot going on

11:19He gets hit and hit and hit and then it's like I don't see that guy at all

11:24I don't see jewelry or any a privilege. I just see old-fashioned like

11:291980s toughness like that is a really really thing to do

11:32It's hard thing to do to have that upbringing and be that tough physically

11:36It's really easy to just fall back and say screw it. I don't need to do any of this stuff

11:42I know he has flaws and he's far from a perfect prospect

11:45But of all the things you would think someone who grew up the son of prime time

11:51Tough as hell and looking for contact. I absolutely love it. I think it's really impressive

22:49When you look back at the draft experience and all the journey that you've made what kind of emotions does it bring?

22:55To be honest with you. Sometimes when I think about it, I look at it. It's so pointless, you know

23:01Coming out. I was two-time all ACC got denied the senior bowl got denied the combine

23:07All I had was a pro day opportunity and I made the most of it and you know

23:11sometimes, you know, I just kind of sit back and see you know guys that were drafted over me or different projections that I had

23:18And just it's all about what you do when you get in the door, you know

23:21From first round to the last pick to undrafted

23:25You just got to maximize your opportunity because regardless of how you come into Lee you're going to face adversity

23:30and the best are able to overcome that and continue to go on to have a quick great career and I was

23:35Blessed to be able to do so Zaire. You're one of those guys who can sit here and just

23:40List the players that were taken and you know, that's stupid. I hate people like what why is it because

23:47Because first of all, it's not their fault that they were picked before you

23:49Yeah, so it's a little childish and then at the end of the day

23:53You know cuz like I tell some of the young guys

23:56You know on our team who may have been drafted high. Yeah, who are you know trying to you know

24:01Beat out certain expectations and they may not have lived up to so far you earned the right to get drafted earlier

24:07you know you earned the right whether you were on a national championship team or you are all-american or

24:12Bucca's been Derek or whatever like you earned the right to be drafted early. I didn't earn the right to be drafted early. So

24:20Play with the cards I dealt people who sit and count every single person who was drafted before them need to find another job

24:31Know the Colts we finished eight and nine last season just out of the playoffs right behind the Houston Texans

24:42So what's your thoughts heading into this season on the defensive side specifically, but for the team overall?

24:50No question first of all, so that's my boy cam definitely glad to have him in the building

24:54We had a chance to top it up when he signed the other day

24:57Man I'm thankful. I'm thankful man. First and foremost

25:01You know having a playmaker like cam in the back end. I'm somebody who's so versatile

25:06We all watch a lot. We all watch

25:09Love watching that Minnesota defense last year with Flores and just the different things that they were able to do cam

25:15Is you know being able to play multiple positions play multiple spots?

25:18Obviously bringing great energy and great enthusiasm not only to the defense, but he's a dog back there

25:24You want somebody in the middle of the field that could play rail on and rail on and make those type of plays?

25:28And then you know just going over to a Mooney man. So various were a huge fan of his game

25:32He's a dog straight up. I think a lot of times and that secondary

25:36It's not only just about your skill level

25:38But it's about your mentality like you want somebody who wants to challenge the best receiver on the field every single play and that's a mentality

25:46Know that he went through a lot out there in San Francisco. Glad he found a new home here, Indianapolis

26:59What a fresh set of eyes the first set of situation able to be successful and be able to you know

27:20You know Anthony Walker EJ speed those guys those guys made me better every single day

27:28Part of the reason why we were all successful so because we was able to grow together. So
