00:30that this is a cartel.

00:36Sindh High Court.

00:38They are in the state.

00:48The work is going on in the state for 4-5 years

00:52There are 127 pending cases

00:54on sugar mill cartels.

00:5625 are in Lahore High Court,

00:586 are in Sindh High Court

01:00and 72 are in the Competition Appellate Tribunal.
