00:00This week's fastest horse of the week is brought to you by Global Campaign, one of
00:05the fast sires at Windstar Farm, and he was fast. He won the Woodward Stakes at
00:11Saratoga at age four, just like his sire, Kerman. He did it in wire-to-wire fashion
00:16with a 104 buyer speed figure, one of four triple-digit buyers during Global
00:20Campaign's career. Another one of those was the Peter Pan, in which he ran
00:24a mile and an eighth at 146.71, the second-fastest Peter Pan at the nine-fur
00:30long distance. Last week, now, as a stallion, Global Campaign's first two-year-olds
00:34went on sale at OBS March. He had six six-figure sales, which tied for first
00:39among all first crop sires. Windstar bred Global Campaign. They co-owned him
00:45during his racing career, and now Global Campaign stands at Windstar for a fee of
00:50only $12,500. Fastest horse of the week, a six-year-old gelding by the name of
00:58Mr. Wireless, who came back from a 10-month layoff Thursday in an open
01:03allowance sprint at the fairgrounds and won it by four and a quarter lengths,
01:07running six furlongs in 108.55 seconds. Mr. Wireless is a three-year-old, won the
01:14Indiana Derby, the West Virginia Derby, second in the Texas Derby. He'd already
01:18made a million dollars, very well handled by trainer Brett Calhoun for
01:22owners John Lubczynski and JIL Stable. He decided Calhoun, after the layoff, to cut
01:27this horse back in distance and run him six furlongs for the first time since
01:31his career debut back in March of 2021, and it paid off in spades. Buyer speed
01:37figure, career high for Mr. Wireless, 102, making him the fastest horse of the week.
