00:10this weekend in Sitio Tugatog, Barangay Tambubong in Bukawe, Bulacan.

00:15A suspect was arrested.

00:17His brother ran away and hid in the fields by the roadside.

00:22He was just stopped by a motorcycle

00:24while he was being chased by Police Staff Sergeant Dennis Kudiamat.

00:28The police arrived.

00:31Kudiamat was hit and fell down.

00:33The suspect approached him and shot him in the head.

00:37He hid Kudiamat's gun and ran away with his motorcycle.

00:41Kudiamat was dead on the spot.

00:43While he was being chased by Police Staff Sergeant Gian George de la Cruz,

00:47who followed the suspect, who was also shot.

00:50The gun he used was the one he took from a police officer.

00:54He shot him first.

00:56The Central Luzon Police and the Municipality of Bukawe

00:59charged him with a fine of P200,000.

01:04We don't think this is a life sentence

01:08because based on the information provided by the informant,

01:11this brother was really involved in the sale of guns.

01:16The five children of Kudiamat de la Cruz were arrested.
