00:00A criminology student chased the man who ran away with his cell phone in Manila.

00:07But he was caught red-handed and was called a thief.

00:21He had a knife in his side and his hands were tied.

00:24The man was chased by the people in Barangay 718 in Manila

00:30after he was caught red-handed and was called a thief.

00:33He's dead.

00:3526-year-old Christian Angbun was admitted to the hospital

00:38after the February 8 incident.

00:40He passed away earlier.

00:41Based on the investigation, Christian is a criminology graduate from Samar

00:45and he's looking for a job in Manila.

00:48Before his life was restored, Christian told his mother

00:51that an alias Junjun stole his cell phone.

00:54He said he chased him inside a house where he was stabbed.

00:58He went upstairs.

01:02When he went upstairs, the woman screamed.

01:08She said,

01:09Thief! Thief!

01:11Then, Junjun stabbed him.

01:15I said,

01:16Where? You didn't chase him.

01:18He said,

01:19Thief!

01:20He said,

01:21You're the one who was called a thief.

01:23After the incident, the residents planned to throw Christian's body into the river.

01:29The captain said that.

01:32There's no truth to that, sir.

01:34They also don't know Junjun.

01:37The victim, who was stabbed the other day,

01:40was accused of trespassing and frustrated murder.

01:43I didn't chase him inside the house. He was stabbed.

01:46The victim's family filed a complaint against the person who stole his cell phone

01:50and those who were involved.
