00:00Okay, well, thanks for joining us. It's Darren Howard here and Henry Bryant from Sussex World just after the Brighton's 3-0 victory against Chelsea
00:08Just a heck of a game Henry brilliant
00:11three brilliant goals Karim Atoma's goal was really special wasn't it to start with and then two goals from the Ancuba Minte as well to
00:20really put the nail in Chelsea's coffin and
00:23Just a great performance from Brighton all round really. Absolutely
00:26I mean when Brighton fans got that first win in the FA Cup
00:31Thinking surely they can't do it twice
00:33But it was so nice that they had to do it twice and Brighton were on it from the start really
00:38I mean that was five minutes where Chelsea did look like they were dominating possession getting the ball forward
00:44But then the Bruggins and Atoma. Yeah, putting it down like that
00:50Getting it sort of past that last Chelsea defender who didn't really do much wrong. He was just tracking his man
00:56Lovely bit of skill messy like some have called it and to bury it
01:00I think that was the confidence that the players and the fans
01:03Needed from their team and it was a really really nice way to start the game and then the Ancuba Minte with two
01:11Pretty nice goals and you can't say better than that. Yeah. Yeah, I was really pleased for Minte
01:16I thought he did his defensive stuff really well again today and then also to get the two goals as a reward
01:22I think that's that's gonna be great for him going forward
01:25But yeah, I put in the report that there's sometimes in football
01:29Those moments of skill from Atoma. It just stops you in your tracks, doesn't it?
01:34And you think wow, that was something special. I think all the fans that were here today
01:38Will remember that for a very long time as me. It was a really special moment
01:45Everybody there. I think I think it just felt like a
01:48Morale boost and a change in sort of the way that Brighton fans have been feeling recently
01:53I think we're in this second sort of half of the season results need to come for Brighton to get into those European spots and
02:02With some quality like that, especially when there were some rumors that he may go to a different club for a large sum of money
02:09Yeah, the Saudi Arabia, Al Nasser for the, was it 60 million, there were so many
02:14Prices quoted, was it 60, 70, 90? Who knows how much they offer, but it's um, it was brilliant and
02:21From your angle, there was some stuff in the media this week about
02:26Herzela and Moresca sort of maybe not getting on. So did you see anything in that sort of respect?
02:32Well, that was interesting because there were some
02:37Moresca was asked pre-match
02:39You know, is Herzela a top manager? What are your thoughts on how he's doing at Brighton?
02:44And he snubbed the question basically and he went on to praise
02:49Herzela's predecessor Roberto Di Zerbi, of course, who's a mate of his both Italian managers and
02:56Yeah, so he he kind of blanked Herzela really
03:00and
03:02Yeah, we spoke to him about it in the press conference afterwards
03:04And again, Herzela gave a very diplomatic response as you would expect and he didn't really need to say much more
03:10They've just beaten him twice in two matches. So he was very diplomatic, said that he respects him
03:16So didn't quite perhaps give the headline that everybody wanted
03:20No fireworks, but they've just beaten them twice once in the FA Cup, once in the league. So that said it all really
03:27Fantastic performance for Brighton and fans will be going home happy and sleeping well tonight
