PAGASA warns of flash floods, landslides as persistent rains affect several areas

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Thursday, Feb. 13 continued to warn of possible flash floods and landslides in several areas due to moderate to heavy rains caused by three weather systems. 02:53The temperature for Calayan Islands and Puerto Princesa is 24 to 31 degrees Celsius.

03:01For Tacloban, we expect 24 to 29 degrees Celsius.

03:05Cebu is 26 to 30 degrees Celsius.

03:08For Cagayan de Oro, 25 to 30 degrees Celsius.

03:11Zamboanga is 24 to 32 degrees Celsius.

03:14And Davao is 24 to 30 degrees Celsius.

03:19We have an increased gale warning here in Batanes.

03:22So we expect 2.8 to 4.5 meters of gale.

03:27We would like to remind our countrymen, especially those who own small fishing boats,

03:33that it is dangerous to sail here in the coastal waters of Batanes.
