00:00So now, we have a low-pressure area outside of our Philippine Area of Responsibility.
00:09This is the last passage along the 430 kilometers northwest of Pag-asa Island.
00:15The chance of this being a typhoon is low and there is no direct effect on any part of our country.
00:23Meanwhile, we have three weather systems that affect our country.
00:27First is the shear line.
00:29If we can see, the axis of our shear line has increased, which is the collision of hot and cold wind.
00:36Because of this, our northeast monsoon or the wind is weak and there is no effect on any part of our country.
00:45So now, our shear line is affected here in the extreme northern Luzon.
00:50Meanwhile, we also have the Intertropical Convergence Zone or ITCZ that is affected here in Mindanao.
00:58Meanwhile, we also have the Easter list that is affected here in Metro Manila and a large part of our country.
01:08For the time being, if we can see, we can experience the rainfall of the shear line here in Batanes and Babuyan Islands.
01:18We also expect to experience the rainfall here in Mebicol Region and Tromblón, which is affected by the Easter list.
01:26For Metro Manila and a large part of Luzon, we expect that the weather will be clear.
01:33But we also expect that it will be hot and foggy during the afternoon until the afternoon
01:39that there is a chance of localized thunderstorms when it comes to the afternoon and evening.
01:44So be sure to check the social media pages for the upcoming thunderstorm advisory.

02:14We can see the whole of Visayas.
02:17They will experience a heavy downpour with scattered rainfall due to the Easter list.
02:24Meanwhile, we expect here in Maycaraga, Davao Region, Camiguin, Misamis Oriental, and Bukidnon,
02:32they will also experience scattered rainfall due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone.
02:39As for Palawan and the southern part of Mindanao,
