‘Amihan’ to bring cool weather, light rains to Luzon; easterlies to cause rain showers across the rest of PH

00:00The Northeast Monsoon is still hovering in the northern part of Luzon,

00:05where today, it will bring a cloudy sky

00:17we will have another surge of the Northeast Monsoon

00:20where it will continue to bring cold weather.

00:23But we also expect that the Northeast Monsoon will be the shear line

00:27that will bring a high chance of rain

00:30here in the area of northern Luzon

00:32and here in the eastern part of our country in the next few days.

00:37Meanwhile, the Easter list is still affecting the vast majority of our country

00:42where today, it will still bring a dark time

00:46and a high chance of rain here in a large part of Mindanao

00:51and even in some parts of Eastern Visayas.

00:54So, continue to be careful for our countrymen

00:57in the possibility of floods and landslides.

01:10And for the time being, this Sunday,

01:13it will be a cloudy sky that will be accompanied by mild rain or thunderstorms

01:18here in the area of Batanes, Dulut, Puyan, and Amihan.

01:21Meanwhile, here in Metro Manila,

01:24even in the vast majority of Luzon,

01:26it will be cloudy until the sky is cloudy.

01:29We will still experience isolated, mild rains or thunderstorms.

01:35And because, at the moment, Amihan is still mild,

01:39we will also experience hot weather,

01:42especially in the afternoon here in the area of Metro Manila,

01:46even in some parts of Southern Luzon today.

01:50The temperature here in Metro Manila is from 23 to 32 degrees Celsius.

01:57Meanwhile, in the part of Visayas and Mindanao today,

02:01we will still experience a high chance of rain,

02:04landslides, and landslides in this part of Eastern Visayas,

02:08especially in Eastern Samar and Southern Leyte,

02:11even in the area of Caraga, Zamboanga Peninsula, and Barm,

02:16along the eastern coast.
