01:24So we're protecting them from that by informing them that you have to double-check your information, you have to get it from accurate sources so that they won't be misled into disinformation.
01:36Honorable Noel, you still have the floor, but just to clarify, what is CSE? You don't need CSE to be able to tell the learners. You don't have to term it as CSE.
01:51That's why we're mapping the competencies that we have.
01:55So why use the term CSE? Who among you wants to normalize this?
02:02So with that, Mr. Chair, I'm very alarmed that, well, we're not in the top 1, but in terms of the usage of porn hubs in the country, the Philippines is number 2 as of 2023, in the month of December.
02:21And as a youth representative, of course, we're alarmed that the usage of pornography or the viewing of those types of content in our country can be a way to mislead our youth into the right relationship.
02:42So with that kind of anarchic access to information, it's better if we have a systematic way to teach our youth how to teach the right thing.
