00:12Dubai will set up a space center to develop research and projects on space.
00:17His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister
00:21of the UAE, issued in his capacity as the ruler of Dubai, a resolution establishing
00:26the Mohammed bin Rashid Space Center.
00:30The center will support the UAE's drive for building national capabilities related
00:35to space knowledge and science.
00:37Yemen's government has rejected a four-point peace plan for the country that Iran submitted
00:43to the United Nations.
00:44The Iranian plan called for an immediate ceasefire and end of all foreign military attacks and
00:51the establishment of an inclusive national unity government.
00:55South African President Jacob Zuma has pleaded with foreigners to stay in South Africa as
01:01he cancelled a state visit to Indonesia to deal with a wave of deadly xenophobic violence

02:38scene of the incident on September 28, 2002, which killed one man and injured four others.
