00:17Klaus Schwab, founder and executive chairman of the World Economic Forum.
00:21Commending the UAE and its leadership, Schwab highlighted the country's position as the
00:2612th most competitive in the world.
00:30Dubai continues to be the most dynamic city within the Middle East for a second straight
00:34year in a global survey.
00:36The City Momentum Index by real estate consultancy JLL ranked London first globally, followed
00:43by San Jose, Beijing, Shenzhen and Shanghai.
00:48Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott has vowed to change after surviving a confidence
00:53vote on his leadership, while urging an end to the disunity that has seen the government's

01:51Star Trek star William Shatner will land in Dubai as one of the celebrity guests at the
01:55annual Middle East Film and Comic Con.
01:58The three-day event, celebrating everything pop, will kick off on April 9 at the Dubai
02:04World Trade Center.
02:05Joining the 83-year-old Shatner will be Karl Urban, Dr. Leonard Bones McCoy of Star Trek
02:12and Judge Dredd.
02:14Oscar-winning star Jared Leto will return with his band 30 Seconds to Mars to perform
02:19a full concert on April 10.
02:22Concert tickets go on sale from February 11.
