00:00Well, katulad po sa sinabi ng ating Pangulo, ay nung nagtirmahan na sa impeachment complaint, ay tinanong ko siya kung ano bang advice niya.

00:13And tama naman yung sinabi niya. He said, do your duty as a congressman and uphold your oath to the constitution that you swore to protect.

00:22And it is my constitutional duty to go through the impeachment process as an elected representative.

00:28Now as to why I was the first one to sign, alangan naman kung sasabihin ng tao na gusto niya hukukain yung YOLO mo at itapon yung katawan sa West Philippine Sea,

00:39sasabihin niya gusto niya patayin ang Pangulo at ang First Lady ng aking magulang at gusto niya patayin ang Speaker, e ba't naman nagugulat ang tao na pipirma ko diyan?

00:50These are statements that can't be taken lightly especially from someone with such a high position.

00:56So, nagtataka na nga ako kung bakit nagulat yung tao, alangan naman kung sasabihin mo hukukain mo YOLO ko.

01:04Of course I'll be the first one to sign. That should come as no surprise.

01:11And so that's why I was the first one to sign.

01:16As to the allegations that I was the one who spearheaded the movement for the fourth complaint, katulad sa sinabi ng Pangulo, I think people give me too much credit.

01:31I was given the opportunity to sign and I did sign but I did not spearhead any movement or I did not try to convince anyone to sign.

01:42I think they did that on their own volition. I did ask what their opinions were and if they were going to sign or not.

01:48But that's about as far as, you know, that's about as far to the extent as to my involvement in collecting the signatures.

01:58What do you mean your numbers were more than the required numbers?

02:01One third?

02:02Well, the required was one third. Umabot ng 215. As of today, I heard na sa 245 na tayo may mga umabol.

02:10Can you demonstrate?

02:12Well, they signified their intention. Yung mga wala sa pansa, yung mga may sakit.

02:18So 215 was within the complaint but in terms of, just to set the record straight, in terms of putting it on record, I believe there was an additional 30 that wanted to signify their intent.

02:31So nagpadala ng isig but even if it won't be counted in the complaint, I believe for archiving purposes, nasa tugbo. So I believe 80% of the lower house.

02:42In the press conference earlier, Sara said that she was suspected of being an assassination threat against her family. What can you say about that?

02:54I think we know the truth to that so let's just leave it at that.

02:59Is it true na may involve naman kaya marami tong pumirma?

03:04Ano po?

03:07May be bigay na pera sa pumirma ng mga congressman?

03:12No. I think that's just part of the fake news ng mga DDS. Parte po yan ng smear campaign nila to discredit the movement. You can't blame them. Alam naman natin kung sino ang amo nila.

03:25But no, there was nothing offered in exchange for the signatures. I was there in the room. Pinag-uusapan talaga ang articles of impeachment and then people were given the choice to sign or not.

03:37But whether there was any exchange or any monetary offer or any sinasabi nila may AKA or AKEX nakapalit, walang ganon na ibinigay.

03:49Ang sinasabi nila parang reluctant as of today? Medyo hindi nila binibigay at pansin ang impeachment?

04:00Well, that's their choice. Kung binabali wala nila ang opinion ng 245 ng mga babatas at mga iba't ibang grupo sa tingin nila kailangan ma-impeach ng BP, that's their choice.

04:26If they don't want to give it importance, let them not give it importance. But given the numbers, to us it's important.

04:33How about in the Senate? Dyun nila nila itatakaw?

05:03How about in the House of Representatives?
