04:36on Accountability of Public Officers, particularly Section 3, Paragraph 4, and pursuant
04:44to Section 14, Rule 4 of the Rules of Procedure, in impeachment proceedings, which provides as follows.
04:54Section 14, Endorsement of the Complaint Resolution to the Senate.
05:02A verified complaint resolution of impeachment filed by at least one-third of all the members
05:10of the House shall constitute the Articles of Impeachment, and in this case, the verified
05:19complaint resolution shall be endorsed to the Senate in the same manner as an approved
05:26bill of the House, considering that the Secretary-General has certified that at least
05:34215 members of the House of Representatives have verified and swore before him
05:43this said impeachment complaint against Vice President Sarah Zimmerman Duterte.
05:50And consistent with our rules, I move that the Secretary-General be directed immediately
05:58to endorse the same to the Senate.
06:02There is a motion to direct the Secretary-General to immediately endorse to the Senate the impeachment
06:09complaint, having been filed by more than one-third of the membership of the House,
