Ingredients:

2 fish fillets (such as basa, snakehead, mackerel, or salmon)
1 egg
2 tbsp crispy frying flour (or cornstarch)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Cooking oil

For the Egg Sauce:

2 salted egg yolks (or regular egg yolks)
1 tbsp condensed milk (or unsweetened milk)
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp minced garlic
Chopped green onions and chili (optional)

Instructions:

Fry the Fish:
Clean and pat dry the fish, then season with salt and pepper.
