00:00Also, coming up in the 12 o'clock hour, 12 o'clock hour, we will be giving away another
00:07spot to Knockout, if you want to play Knockout, on the Chase Center floor with 95-7 the game.
00:14We did this last year.
00:15It was a big hit.
00:16So we're giving away spots again this year.
00:18So listen at noon.
00:21I'll give you a keyword, and then you take that keyword, you call the contest line, and
00:29you can win an opportunity to play on the same floor that Steph Curry plays on.
00:33Yeah, he'll be out there tonight, too.
00:35He absolutely will.
00:36You know, and so this is kind of what I'm getting at with, you know, my feeling on what
00:44happens when Draymond and Kaminga come back.
00:47I'm not saying Draymond Green shouldn't play.
00:50That's not what I'm saying at all.
00:53What I'm saying is, and I'm not saying he, Santos, is better than Draymond Green.
00:59But you've got to find the right combinations.
01:02And to me, this team's got an energy problem.
01:06And when you put Santos and Pods in there, they bring an energy that this team has to
01:14play with that kind of energy.
01:16And so, yeah.
01:17Dray's been that provider for years, not from the start.
01:21And I don't think he can do it for 30 minutes a night.
01:25And so, I want one of those guys on the floor, maybe at the start of a game, when we need
01:31him.
01:32And the other thing is, again, I'm not saying Draymond should be out of the rotation, but
01:37you save him from possible early foul trouble.
01:40You know, Santos will pick up two quick ones in the first six minutes, doesn't matter.
01:45Draymond picks up two quick ones in the first six minutes, it's a problem.
01:49So that's what I would consider.
01:52I would consider, if Draymond's back, to bring him off the bench, at least to start.
01:57See if we can't create that same energy that we've played with without him, and then when
02:03he comes in off the bench, he can be that sixth-man spark.
02:08I don't know.
02:10I mean, to me, the alternative is, Draymond comes back, and it's Curry, and Schroeder,
02:18and Wiggins, and Kuminga.
02:22I would bet that.
02:23And Draymond.
02:24I bet the traditional.
02:25I'm going sauceless.
02:26I mean, I just think...
02:27I just don't think we need to see that anymore.
02:29And I told you I was tired of it, and I feel like the league's gotten up to it, so we'll
02:32see what's going on.
02:33But last night, Stanley, what did you make of the five position for the Warriors?
02:37Because, you know, I'm still excited about Post.
02:39Trace Jackson Davis, six minutes starts, and then we see Looney for 24, and Quentin Post
02:46got a good 16.
02:47I know he was 3 of 10, but, like, I'm just a fan of his style of play, man.
02:51Who's?
02:52Quentin Post.
02:53Like, I would love to just continue watching that, regardless of how this season ends
02:58up.
02:59His development.
03:00That's what I guess I'm saying, Stanley.
03:01I mean...
03:02Unless they trade for Vucevic.
03:03To me, they have three guys.
03:04They all kind of do different things.
03:07Trace Jackson Davis is the kind of guy you can throw it up there for, and he can finish
03:12at times.
03:13Looney's more of a blue-collar guy, and then Post gives you the stretch capability.
03:17So whatever, like, Steve Kerr sees, I think is who he's gonna go with, but I think he'll
03:23probably use at least two or three of those guys on any given night, depending on what
03:28he thinks the team needs.
03:31Let's go to Trevor in Roanert Park.
03:33What's up, Trevor?
03:34How you doing, man?
03:35Hey, guys.
03:36So, I just look at this team, I have to say, I look at this team, and I don't see anybody
03:42that's untradeable.
03:43I see very few that are untradeable when you're talking about going and getting a guy like
03:47Jimmy Butler.
03:48So, I hear what you guys are saying about wait-and-see, some of these guys, like, Post,
03:52I love the wait-and-see, because I just started seeing him.
03:56You know, Santos, I love the wait-and-see.
03:58I've seen enough of, like, say, Kaminga in his third year to say that I think Kaminga
04:04— and I might be the odd man out — I think Kaminga is who he's going to be.
04:07I really do.
04:08I think he's a good trade piece.
04:11I would trade almost anybody on this team to get Butler on the team for the rest of
04:15this year and go into next year, go into the offseason, replenish the roster a little bit,
04:21because there's nobody on this team that's not replaceable.
04:23Honestly, I just don't think there's — not many.
04:25Obviously, we're not talking about Curry.
04:27I mean, maybe even Green at this point, Paul Knopf, could be replaceable.
04:31But the bottom line is, if you can get Butler now into next season, and — because this
04:36season, we're not winning a championship no matter what.
04:39I think we can all agree on that.
04:40So why not go get Butler, retool in the offseason, and start next season with a roster that can
04:48really compete?
04:49That's just how I feel.
04:50Appreciate it.
04:51Thanks, man.
04:52Draymond Green on Jimmy Butler.
04:55He's hard to trade.
04:57It's hard to trade a guy that makes $52 million a year.
04:59Like, you gotta give up.
05:01For instance, if you look at our roster, say you want to trade for Jimmy with the least
05:11amount of players that you could on our roster.
05:15That means either you gotta trade Jimmy straight up for Steph, or you have to trade Jimmy for
05:21me and Wiggs.
05:23And it's like — right?
05:25So I don't think you're going to do that.
05:27So then now you start looking at — you gotta trade like five guys for one guy.
05:34Exactly.
05:35Then you start getting into, well, you need a third team because now you've got a clear
05:38roster.
05:39It's hard to trade it.
05:40All right, Draymond.
05:41Whoa.
05:42Okay.
05:43No.
05:44No.
05:45Look, this is not personal at all.
05:46But I'm going to tell you something, a lesson I learned hard early on.
05:50Nicole Bowden, good friend of mine, I grew up with.
05:52I had no children.
05:54All my friends had kids early.
05:56I tried to give my two cents on parenting with no kids.
05:59I'll never forget, across the room, she checked me like, that means nothing because you're
06:05not a parent.
06:06You don't have the license to give your thoughts.
06:09Keep it to yourself.
06:10Why do I feel like Draymond is doing GM Draymond, and you're not doing enough to get back on
06:17the court?
06:18I'm tired of hearing this crap in this conversation with him.
06:21Talking all, get back on the court.
06:24I'm telling you, Stani, it's out of control.
06:27Nobody wants to hear it.
06:29You get healthy and come help the team.
06:32You're talking about yourself in regard to what the team can do.
06:36That's too much power.
06:37Like, get healthy.
06:38Shut up and get healthy.
06:39I don't want to hear that.
06:40It's too much.
06:41What's your job?
06:42It's to play.
06:43Now, tell us what you would do GMing.
06:44Stani, I'm sick of it because I want him back.
06:56Talk about what's going on with your rehab.
06:59Jesus Christ.
07:01Two weeks ago, oh, Draymond's going to be in B.C. doing whatever, whatever.
07:06Like, he's still playing.
07:08They need him.
07:10I don't, oh, man.
07:13Wow, man.
07:16Should podcasts be illegal if you're hurt?
07:18I'm good now.
07:19I told you I'm ready to ban the guys from showing up in street clothes.
07:22That's where I'm at.
07:23If you ain't playing, we'll see you when you get back.
07:24Stani, I'm just, that's, wow.
07:27He's just saying, like, okay.
07:30All he's really saying is what Joe Lacob said, which is, trades are hard.
07:34He's just saying, go.
07:35Trades are hard.
07:36Yeah.
07:37You want to hear it again?
07:38One more time.
07:40He's hard to trade.
07:41It's hard to trade.
07:42It's hard to make $52 million a year.
07:44It's hard to give up.
07:46For instance, if you look at our roster, say you want to trade, say you want to trade for
07:53Jimmy with the least amount of players that you could on our roster.
08:00That means either you got to trade Jimmy straight up for Steph or you have to trade Jimmy for
08:06me and Wig.
08:08And it's like, right, so I don't think you're going to do that.
08:12So then now you start looking at, you got to trade like five guys for one guy.
08:19Exactly.
08:20Then you start getting into, well, you need a third team because now you got a roster.
08:24It's hard to trade it.
08:25Yeah.
08:26I tell you what.
08:27I'm not saying he's wrong, man.
08:28You're not the mess.
08:29You're not Mike D though.
08:31You are not Mike D. Lay out, get healthy.
08:35Talk to us about the back.
08:37Talk to us about the disc, Stani.
08:39I'm sick of hearing like, that's not your job.
08:42I'm not saying he was wrong, but damn, dude, he's, you're not dropping 15 and 10 a night.
08:50You know what I'm saying?
08:51Like, talk to me about that.
08:53You're the best.
08:56Well, I'm just being honest.
09:00You know what?
09:01You're one of the best.
09:02I feel like he's already doing things outside of basketball and he's comfortable not playing
09:08hoop and that can be harsh, but to sit up there and have that conversation, like you're
09:13Mike Dunleavy.
09:14I like, I just, we don't need to hear that.
09:22I get it.
09:23I get it.
09:24Um, I didn't, I just wanted to kind of update you on what the latest sounds like.
09:29I appreciate it.
09:30Yeah.
