00:00The National Price Coordinating Council approved the resolution that requested the Agriculture Department to declare a Food Security Emergency for Rice.

00:10The resolution gives way to the issuance of a buffer stock of rice by the National Food Authority to stabilize the price of rice.

00:18The NFA will also sell rice to local governments to lower its price to P33 per kilo.

00:26Meanwhile, Metro Manila Council or MMC gave a go-signal to the D.A. to install Kadiwa Outlets in 150 families in Metro Manila.
