Akuisisi lahan ini menandai ekspansi perseroan di luar Pulau Jawa dan Bali. Lahan seluas 8.990 meter persegi itu dibeli dari entitas usaha tak langsung perseroan, PT Belitung Golf and Resorts (BGR), sehingga transaksi ini tergolong transaksi afiliasi.
