00:00You know my philosophy when it comes to cooking, that even if you only have a few ingredients, you can still pull out a fantastic dish.
00:16So we have here our leg quarter, we'll just cut it into portions.
00:23And the wings part.
00:30We'll just chop the garlic and we'll mix it in the pan.
00:50So while we're sautéing the garlic with the oil of our turkey, we'll now add our soy sauce.
00:56And then we'll just add our bay leaves.
01:02So once we've added the garlic and we can already smell its delicious aroma, we can now add water or stock.
01:18And then our honey.
01:20We'll let it boil until our turkey legs and wings are tender.
01:25And then we can now serve.
