00:05The Cordillera RDRMC reminded us to carry out a pre-emptive evacuation if necessary.

00:22In Apayau, the local disaster risk reduction management council

00:28placed stranded employees and residents in the middle of the storm.

00:33The local government issued a travel ban because of the storm.

00:46residents who live in high-risk areas also evacuated.

00:51In Abra, the water level in Abra River rose but remained at a normal level.

01:43According to the Cordillera Regional Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council,

01:48the main affected areas by the Marseille storm are Apayau, Abra and several towns in Mountain Province and Calinga.

01:55More than 1,000 families are affected by the storm and more than 3,000 individuals

02:01are affected by the storm from 65 barangays in the region.

02:06More than 700 families are here in the 63 evacuation centers that are now assisted by the government.

02:14Two houses were also damaged by the storm.

02:18Three road sections in Apayau-Ilocos-Norte Road are now unable to pass due to landslides.
