00:00A lawmaker is pushing for the allocation of more funds to the Philippine Coast Guard, or PCG,

00:05to not only modernize its equipment and capabilities, but also boost the morale of its personnel.

00:18The camp of Alice Guo is requesting the complaints of perjury,

00:22obstruction of justice, use of falsified documents, and falsification of documents

00:27before the Department of Justice or DOJ be junked. Guo's legal counsel explained the dismissed

00:33local chief executive shouldn't be directly held liable for such complaints.

00:39The spokesperson of the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission, or PAOC,

00:44Winston Cascio, was removed from his post following a slapping incident during a raid

00:49of a pogo hub in Bagakpataan. PAOC Undersecretary Gilbert Cruz says,

00:54An investigation will be conducted on the matter, which is why Cascio was removed from his position.

01:00A memorandum was also issued ordering Cascio to explain why he caused physical harm,

01:06reportedly on the janitor of the raided establishment.

01:10Senator Rafi Tulfo says the Philippine Coast Guard, or PCG, should be afforded a bigger budget

01:16for their modernization efforts amid rising tensions in the West Philippine Sea. The

01:22lawmaker says that aside from modern equipment and technology,

01:26the personnel of the PCG should also receive more benefits to boost morale.

01:52The Department of Health, or DOH, is eyeing to ramp its school-based immunization program,

02:07Bakuna sa Eskwela, in partnership with the Department of Education, or DepEd.

02:13Priority will be given to students of public schools in different areas of the country.
